At GUDIE®, we operate on a made-to-order basis, and each item is handcrafted with precision and care. As such, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance.
However, we understand that certain issues may arise, and we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
•The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
•The exchange request must be initiated within five (5) calendar days of receiving your item.
•The item must not be customized or altered in any way.
•The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Exclusions
•Minor variations in color, texture, or grain due to batch differences in leather or other materials are not considered defects.
•Slight imperfections associated with handmade craftsmanship are expected and not eligible for exchange.
•Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Manufacturing Defects
If your product arrives with a material defect that affects its function or durability:
•Email us at hello@gudiebrand.com within 5 days of receiving the item, including clear photos and a description of the issue.
•If deemed eligible, we will process a replacement at no additional cost.
How to Request an Exchange
1.Email hello@gudiebrand.com within 5 days of receiving your item.
2.Include your order number, reason for exchange, and supporting images (if applicable).
3.You will receive a return authorization and instructions within 72 hours.
4.Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will notify you when your exchange has been processed.
